G-mith Enterprise (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Ghana-based manufacturer and distributor of natural personal care products. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and related services of our products in Ghana and internationally. By purchasing or using any Gmith Enterprise product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any Gmith Enterprise products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing or using our products.

2. Our Products

Gmith Enterprise specializes in natural personal care products, including but not limited to deodorants, body care, and related items. All product descriptions, images, and information provided are for informational purposes and may be updated without notice. 

Product Use & Safety

  • Our products are intended for external use only and should be used according to the directions on the packaging.
  • They are not classified as medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or heal any disease or medical condition.
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
  • Gmith Enterprise is not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from improper use of our products.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed via our official website, authorized retailers, or designated sales representatives.
  • Payment must be made in full before shipping or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier services.
  • Upon delivery of your order to the shipping address provided, ownership and responsibility for the products transfer to you. Gmith Enterprise will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft occurring after delivery has been confirmed.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

All product names, logos, packaging designs, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Gmith Enterprise and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G-mith Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability, in any case, is limited to the purchase price paid.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date indicated.
